Fruit for your health.

2 Days ago there is a news in Channel News Asia about health concern. Nowdays the goverment is trying to get Singaporean to eat more fruit to become more healthy, they think the the concern of eating fruit is not so high in Singapore.

So when you are eating, remember 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna (*Indonesian). It's mean always eat with Veggie, Meat, Fruit, and Rice :) + Milk.
